PostageEasy™ Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing PostageEasy.com ("PostageEasy", "we", "us", or "our") for your shipping needs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the PostageEasy™ website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you are not authorized to use the Service.   

 

2. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account ("Account") to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify PostageEasy™ immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.   

 

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Any violation of these Terms may result in the permanent termination of your PostageEasy™ account.

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.  
• To harm, threaten, or abuse others.
• To interfere with the operation of the Service.
• To impersonate any person or entity.
• To transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.
• To ship any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.  

4. Refunds

• Shipping Label Purchases: Due to the digital nature of shipping labels, refunds are generally not available once a label has been purchased and printed. However, most carriers will refund a label if the label is never utilized. All refunds must be requested from the PostageEasy™ dashboard within 30 days of the label creation date and may take 7-14 days for processing. Any refunds will be returned to your PostageEasy™ wallet.
• PostageEasy™ Wallet: Funds loaded in your PostageEasy™ wallet may be used for creating shipping labels. Funds loaded are non-refundable under any reason.
• PostageEasy™ Subscription Payments: If you subscribe to a monthly (or any other term) subscription with PostageEasy™ you can cancel at any time without penalty from the PostageEasy™ dashboard (Main Menu > Manage Subscription). Subscription payments are non-refundable, however, once your subscription is canceled we will no longer bill you. 
  
  

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. POSTAGEEASY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.  

 

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL POSTAGEEASY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARENT COMPANY, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PERSONAL INJURY, EVEN IF POSTAGEEASY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.  

 

7. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Service or your account at any time, for any reason, without notice. If we terminate your account we may (at our discretion) refund any funds previously loaded into your PostageEasy™ wallet.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.  

 

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms of the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

 

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PostageEasy™ regarding your use of the Service.
